What this site collects

This site is a static informational transparency record. It does not collect personal data through forms, user accounts, comments, cookies of its own, or any server-side data processing.

The only personal data processing occurs through the analytics services described below, which are activated only after you give consent.

Analytics (with your consent)

With your consent, we use the following services to understand broad usage patterns:

Google Tag Manager — collects anonymized browsing data such as pages viewed, referring site, browser type, and approximate geographic region. This data is used solely for aggregate analytics.
Meta Pixel — collects page visit data. This is used for aggregate analytics only; it is not used for ad retargeting or creating audience profiles.

No personal identifiers (names, email addresses, or account IDs) are stored server-side. You may withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser's local storage, which will hide the analytics scripts on your next visit.

Third-party links

This site links to external services including Delaware Courts, the Delaware General Assembly, New Castle County, news outlets, and ActBlue (for campaign donations). We are not responsible for the data practices of those third parties. Donations are processed entirely by ActBlue; we do not receive or store any donation data.

Data retention

Server request logs are retained by Cloudflare, our hosting provider, for approximately 30 days in accordance with standard CDN logging practices. These logs contain IP addresses and request metadata. No log data is retained server-side by the site operator.

Your rights under Delaware HB 154

If you are a Delaware resident, the Delaware Personal Data Privacy Act (HB 154) may provide you with rights to:

Access — request confirmation of whether your personal data is being processed
Correct — request correction of inaccurate personal data
Delete — request deletion of personal data provided by you
Port — request a copy of your personal data in a portable format
Opt out — opt out of the processing of personal data for targeted advertising, sale, or profiling
